A Warm, Individual Approach with Clear Boundaries
Getting to know the student, understanding their needs, and supporting them with both warmth and structure.
I don’t believe the same method works for every student. I first focus on getting to know the student, understanding where they struggle, and what motivates them. While building a warm and trusting relationship with children, I also maintain clear boundaries and expectations throughout the learning process. My goal is not for students to constantly depend on my guidance, but to gradually take responsibility and become more independent learners.
How the Process Works
Initial Consultation
I discuss the student’s needs and the family’s expectations.
Getting to Know the Student
I observe their study habits, motivation, and the areas in which they struggle.
Individual Support
I work on academic needs and study habits together, based on the student’s individual needs.
Follow-Up
I monitor the student’s progress and provide feedback to the family when needed.
